Heritage Park’s rehabilitation center provides Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy for inpatients and outpatients. The center features a 3000 sq foot rehab gym, state-of-the-art equipment and a therapy pool. Individualized care planning assists the residents to achieve their highest level of independence and well being.
